EU Directive (EU) 2023/2673 Legal 14-Day Cooling-off Right

All EU consumers have a statutory 14 calendar day withdrawal right from the day you receive goods.

1. You may fully or partially withdraw from this contract via the official "Withdraw from contract here" button in this portal, maximum 2 operation steps, no customer service required.
2. After submission, you will receive an automatic acknowledgment email with exact timestamp, order ID and full withdrawal statement for legal record.
3. The withdrawal record will be stored for minimum 12 months by our system.
4. Excluded goods without withdrawal right (stated before checkout): custom personalized goods, perishables, unsealed hygiene products, fully fulfilled digital content.
5. If we fail to provide the mandatory withdrawal button, your cooling-off period will automatically extend to 12 months plus 14 days per EU regulation.
